Before stepping into business, Pierce built a career in professional football - starting with his hometown club, Melbourne Victory, then playing abroad in Japan and China before returning home to Melbourne.

Pierce chose sales as a career for a clear reason: it was the single highest return on investment skill he could learn and could get started straight away, as there was no barrier to entry.

The lessons from his playing days - resilience, teamwork, continuous self-growth, are the same qualities that now shape his leadership at Mamba Org.

Pierce believe success stems from a clear vision, strong work ethic, and surrounding yourself with great people. His mission: to build great people to do extraordinary things.
