Some thoughts after getting back from Malaysia ... seeing over 3,000 people from all parts of the world doing what we do. Over 100 business owners who’ve built entire companies and careers in this industry.

Every time I go on one of these trips, I come back fired up.

When you’re early in your journey, it’s easy to think there’s no room for your goals … but that’s never true.

Capacity isn’t a market issue. It’s a mindset issue.

Big goals often come with small feelings :

  • Am I good enough?

  • Will I make it through the messy middle?

  • Should I take an easier path?

Then come the rational lies : they got lucky, it’s easier for them.

Here’s the truth :

There’s nothing wrong with ambition.

But when you see someone in their season of royalty, don’t envy the fruit, ask about the winter.

You can inherit systems, but not resilience.

You can inherit opportunity, but not the cost it took to create it.
